Creative First Made It’s Festival debut at the Gateway Studio Theatre and continued the trend set in Guildford by performing to sell-out Crowds and standing ovations.

Director Bruce said ‘It is quite an achievement to sell – out 4 out of 6 shows at Edinburgh when we consider it is our first time performing here, made even greater by the fact that most shows at the festival average an audience of 6 per performance’.

The show was a resounding success and won an award for selling out.

Central FM said ‘This is a remarkable story. At times extremely harrowing and at others hilariously funny. It has to be seen more than once. A great night out.’

Radio Forth said ‘ A terrific production of a superb play… Go and see it.’

The Advertiser said ‘Guthrie promised his actors and production would do this emotional play justice and they did not fail to deliver.

‘The actors provoked feelings of great sympathy and sorrow from the audience but at the same time, this was delightfully mixed with laughter and hope.’

The Wee County News said ‘Wowed National and International audiences alike…A truly phenomenal success.’
